I am incredibly grateful that GEICO referred us to CRASH CHAMPIONS for our repair of our side mirror. This facility is full of amazing people that treated us with the utmost respect and care. Not only are the facilities clean, presentable, and curated to be a stylish modern look, but the staff were very approachable, friendly, and warm. I wish I remembered the name of the female secretary who we first interacted with but she was so sweet and accommodating to my three kids. The way she treated other customers while we waited left me awestruck because I wish all people who worked in service job were as polite and professional as her. Someone who also left an amazing impression was Anibal. He was so honest, humble and kind and made me feel like this business was not going to swindle me for a bad repair job. His modest and compassionate manner made me feel like my car’s repair would be dignified and done in the best of their abilities, and it sure was. Anibal was even accommodating enough to stay a few minutes after hours to return our completed repair due to some unforeseen circumstances that occurred on our end. He was happy to wait for us regardless of our late arrival. The repair job alone was so pristine, truly my husband and I cannot tell where the paint job was because that’s how good it looks. Their lifetime warranty also impressed us because it’s rare to get that in repair shops. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this business to all in need of repairs because they will take care of you. Thank you Anibal and everyone else involved.

We agreed on the phone to make sure one locking lug nut on each wheel because this entire fix was 4 stolen wheels and tires. That was not done. They told me to come back Monday to see if this can be completed

Everything is perfect except our conversation about making sure a set of locking lug nuts be installed on each wheel to help prevent another incident of theft of four wheels and tires. The guy on the phone said no problem. Yet it wasn’t done. I have the 4 locking lug nuts right now in my hand. Would you guys be willing to put them on for me? Jay . 661-809-5077.
