Initial contact with the receptionist, made it very difficult to enjoy the experience.

I had a prescheduled appointment to drop off my vehicle. The receptionist was rude and said that they did not have room for my car. I attempted to reason with her, but she was intolerant and very rude. Finally, after approximately 10 minutes, a man entered the room and said that they would make provisions for me. If given a choice, I would not choose this business in the future.

Again, I must reiterate the fact that the receptionist was very rude and would not accept my pre-scheduled appointment to drop off my vehicle. She told me that they did not have room in the shop and told me to leave and that I would be contacted at a later date. She lacked empathy and consideration for my time in dropping off the vehicle.

Crash Champions made the process easy. The check-in process and arrangements for my rental car coordination were done quickly and efficiently. They handled the coordination with my insurance provider; as well as, keeping me informed as to the progress of my car’s completion. The quality of their work seems to be excellent.
