Still waiting for Carlos to call me back to finish fixing my window — he says he ordered the part .. it’s been over a week.. but it’s been over a month .. since my car was in the shop — I hesitated to fill out the survey because I figure no one would read it or even call me back. I wanted to wait till the end of the week to give Carlos an opportunity call me or give me an update about my window no call no nothing I would not recommend crash champions to anyone.
