Very poor communication, not only with the owner of the vehicle but apparently within employees of your own company. Recently my husband had to receive estimates on his Ferrari due to carelessness of another driver. We decided not to use Crash Champions based on our most recent experience.

There were some dance left on the driver's door that I was told by the Insurance Company was supposed to be fixed during this process. There's also still chipmarks on the two décor hood intake Pieces that still have white chip marks on them. I will bring the car by to have it checked
