Ricardo was great! Answered any question I had about the whole repair process. The drop off process was super fast and easy, did a multi point inspection to ensure all the correct damage would be taken care of. Ricardo was very prompt on getting back to me with updates. Very communicative. Loved how close the shop was to my home so didn’t struggle with getting my vehicle once it was ready. Upon pick up everything went smooth, final inspection of my car and even little details I didn’t notice were brought up to my attention. Thank you to the Crash Champions Encinitas team for making my car look great! Would definitely keep this shop in mind if I’m ever in a similar situation again.

I am not satisfied with my experience, but I am grateful my car got fixed. I will not come back to this shop. I was hoping Ricardo or the manager, Tony, would be apologetic and sincere when I was picking up the car. Instead, they avoided any acknowledgement of my frustrations, did not apologize for the many inconveniences, and the manager didn’t even look at me or speak to me (just around me). Definitely a place that made me feel less than.
