Sam oversaw the process and kept me posted every step of the way. I didn't get to meet the team that worked on the car, but the quality job is visible in the delivered car, and I am quite pleased.

Excellent service as usual. My previous and current experience with Donna has been outstanding! Very personable, client focused, with great detail, making you feel the car is in great hands and there's no reason to worry. My interactions with Lisa have been less but always great services along the line of Donna's services. Both ladies premium services, that's the reason I went back this time! Very professional work and excellent office service. I have interacted with Donna and Lisa before and currently with my car repair, they have excellent customer skills, always attention to detail and providing all needed information. I feel comfortable my car is being well taken care of and assured of a professional work with complete satisfaction. Happy to have a reliable place with premium services still around. The old fashion good services, not common anymore.
