I had a great experience for such a stressful thing. The regular communication to keep me in the loop so that I could be ready and plan for the transition since my schedule is very full and a last minute notification is difficult for me. The expedition of completion was also so appreciated. I am also happy to patron a company that invests in their employees. Donna is very detail oriented, goes above and beyond and she is so friendly, making the experience what keeps customers coming back!
