In terms of the repair itself I would rate it a 10, the exterior was great thank you. But inside the car was left a dusty/dirty mess that’s clung to all the surfaces. The tape was also left on the inside of the gas lid so the lever couldn’t open and I really struggled with filling up the gas until an attendant was able to help me with a boxcutter.

Fixed the hole in my bumper nicely. Bumper cover panel no lined up right. Headlight is not correctly lined. Point down. Only adjusted bulb to try to make strait when I came back in.

This is a minor detail because I was able to see the estimate and time left on repair in the app, but I was told someone would call me with the estimate. In addition to damage from the accident I also requested an estimate on repairing damage to the back bumper and some paint chipping and I never received that so I just went with the collision damage
