Everything was good with the exception of a small paint drip in the area near the repair where the new paint was blended into the original finish. This is a simple cosmetic thing that’s not very noticeable and not worth the time and effort to correct.

Communication was excellent. Text communication was excellent. The car looked beautiful, just beautiful. Car was actually finished 2 days Before estimated date . The technicians that did the work deserve a bonus. Teresa, the Admin at the front desk was great. The clean waiting room coffee machine was perfect. John took care of all details with insurance company removing that burden from me. I told the USAA adjuster that she should send all business to This shop.

I recently had my vehicle repaired here after a collision, and I’m very pleased with the overall results. The team did a great job fixing the passenger door—it looks excellent and fits properly again. I also really appreciated that they went the extra mile to take care of a scratch on my sliding door, making sure the paint matched perfectly and everything looked seamless. I also want to recognize John, the technician I worked with. From the beginning, he made the process feel easy, kept things moving quickly and efficiently, and kept me informed every step of the way. While I did have a small concern with the door initially and have noticed a slight noise that I may follow up on, I still appreciate the effort and communication he provided throughout the repair. Overall, I’m happy with the service and the care they put into making my vehicle look right again. I’d definitely recommend them for their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job well.
