My car was really dirty and dusty inside. All the foot carpets are completely dirty. Most importantly the repairs were not professionally done, they’re not aligned perfectly like it was before the accident.

The communication was very poor. First I was told that all of the parts were at the shop, but apparently the exhaust pipe Was never accounted for. Then there were multiple extensions that were not properly communicated till after I made the initial contact to get an update on my repairs. Also if there is an issue with the phone systems then stop transferring calls to that phone, have the person who is trying to be reach walk to the working phone till theirs is fixed.
