Upon picking up my car after the work was done, JR showed me my car and I cried. My car looked and smelled brand new! I was very upset when taking in my BMW because it was only 3 months old. I did not need to worry about it. From the first time we went in until today when we picked it up, everything was perfect. Johanna is so kind & knowledgeable about the whole process & put me at ease. She coordinated the rental car to be delivered & picked up. JR promised me it would look brand new & it does. It’s even been all shined up. Do not hesitate if you need body work. This is the only place I’d ever go.
