I had a fantastic experience with the team at Crash Champions! After a recent accident, my vehicle needed body work, and they went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was incredibly polite, handled all my insurance communications, and kept me updated with regular text updates. My 2012 Honda pilot looks brand new, and I loved knowing their work Comes with a life time warranty.. I would recommend crash campion to anyone who is looking to get their vehicle repaired..

Expressed intent to keep old wheel and piece from the 2 they replaced and when asked about it said they already threw them in the pile. Would also like to see about getting a noise and vibration coming from front end while driving looked at and fixed as it wasn't something that was present prior to them working on it.

Expressed interest in keeping old wheel and piece of other wheel however upon arrival for pickup I was told "Looks like we already tossed em in the bin." Also having to personally look for the replacement wheels as they said "We cant seem to find a set of the same wheels," which doesn't make sense as it's a common after market wheel with multiple websites listing it in stock. With regards to basic mechanic knowledge of if replacing 2 tires they belong on the front of the vehicle, ignoring that principle and leaving the 2 new tires on just the passenger side as they are the ones to be replaced instead of the correct way shows a lack of care and slight laziness as it would've only involved the addition of 1 wheel being moved. I understand they are directional tires and the action would involve separating the tire and rim just to put it right back on to have the correct orientation but in the view of doing things appropriately it seems like an easy detail that was overlooked.
