Very courteous, kind, explained to me what they were going to do to take care of the damage on the tailgate, gave me the estimate of the cost to repair, when I could drop the car off th be worked on, the approximate day it would be ready for pickup, that I would be receiving updates on how the car was progressing through the repair process and they did text me 3 times on its progress. My husband and I were very impressed.
