The consistency of following up with the stages of repair from beginning of the estimate to submission for approval to the readiness of completion was excellent. We were told picknup date 6/9 but on June 3rd vehicle was ready and p/u on 6/4 I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. The customer service agents were excellent as well.
