The consistency of following up with the stages of repair from beginning of the estimate to submission for approval to the readiness of completion was excellent. We were told picknup date 6/9 but on June 3rd vehicle was ready and p/u on 6/4 I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. The customer service agents were excellent as well.

Great job, although due to a misshap at the paint shop caused the work to last an extra two weeks which increased the charge for the rental car. The final total for the rental was $1200 more than my insurance covered so, I had to pay the extra $1200 out of my pocket.

Car was done quickly efficiently. The car was detailed inside and smelled great The staff was great. Hopefully I never have to use them again. 😆 but if I do they'll be the only people called. I highly recommend them.
