The updates that i got was not correct saying that the car was gonna be ready and i would take off from work and get to crash champions and the car wouldnt be ready and never got a text or call saying that the part that they were waiting on was on back order. That happen 2 times. Over all im happy with the worj that they did in the car though.

I had to fight to advocate for the right repair to my vehicle with crash champions who did not advocate for correct repair. They were going to paint the bumper of my 5 series BMW without repairing bug or rock chips on the other side. The correct way to repair prior to painting would require these repairs that were less than an hour. Ultimately, both agreed to fix right after I escalated with insurance. I was disappointed that carsh champions did not advocate for this repair at initial estimate to insurance. Further, I came to pick the vehicle up when crash champions reported it ready. I found obvious flaws in paint right away that had to be reworked and left without the car. It was a 45-50 min commute from my house to the repair shop, which was far less than convenient. This is not what I was expecting for my experience at this facility and was very disappointed.

Overall, I eventually got the car done the way it should’ve been done to begin with… The reason for the lower rating is how hard it was to get the right thing done for the car. In addition, I drove 45 to 15 minutes to pick up the car and it really wasn’t ready and had obvious flaws that should’ve been caught by inspection prior to me making the trip. In the end, they were able to correct and complete the repair satisfactory.

For the most part, they were courteous and straightforward… They said they called me back and left a message once but they did not. Also, when they say the car is ready, it really should be ready and I shouldn’t find anything obvious.
