I had such a great experience with Crash Champions from start to finish. Their response time in getting me scheduled was incredibly prompt, and the whole process felt effortless. They gathered all the necessary information quickly and made everything simple on my end. I really appreciated their willingness to schedule my repair as soon as possible — they understood the urgency and made it happen. Their relationship with Enterprise made getting a rental car seamless, which took so much stress off my plate during the repair process. They kept communication minimal but effective, sending just the right amount of text updates to keep me informed without overwhelming me. Throughout it all, their team was friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend if you’re looking for efficiency, professionalism, and a smooth experience during what can otherwise be a stressful time.

The service was amazing! As soon as the accident happened the insurance recommended them. Instantly got a call on a quick appointment and had the Tahoe back in 4 days looked better than it went in. Employees were informational and texted updates. Amazing group of people! Would recommend them to anyone!

Most of the repairs were great, but a lot of them weren’t up to my satisfaction, should’ve been tested before I received the vehicle air pressure didn’t work and the wheels rear bumper detectors didn’t work. Replaced the fuse at work things that should’ve been checked before I received it.

The representatives were great. The work was unsatisfied. Hope they can get it all repaired. A lot of the problem was working with progressive the insurance company that hit my vehicle. I hope I never have to work with progressive again.
