I just wanted to see more communication between insurance and crash champions on whose supposed to let who know of any updates with their vehicle. I wasnt alerted until 3 weeks after that my car was being totaled out, and when i asked my insurance they said it was supposed to be crash champions to tell you and update on your car and then i was told vice versa from crash champions. I dont believe it should matter who tells the owner what, i’d rather hear it from both parties rather than not at all. I had to let go of a vehicle i woulda fixed myself if i didnt have to pay the storage fees if i wasnt told 3 weeks prior that is all
