A little communication confusion at the very end. Called the scheduled pick up day and was given information that made me believe it would not be ready that day. In the end, it was ready that day so it all worked out, but I spent most of the day pretty stressed about it.

I thought my car was totaled. being it was over 10 yrs old. However it would cost me about $8000 for a model around the same age, Crash Champions save me about $4000

I chose your place to repair my vehicle as I was unaware that Auto City had sold to you. While the work was completed satisfactory, there was zero communication unless I reached out, contrary to what I was told would happen. My claim from a fender bender was 4k, fairly minimal by today’s standards. The repair took 2 1/2 weeks to complete. After the initial inspection of the damage to my vehicle two weeks prior to my drop off date, you provide me with a detailed list of what needed to be done, including parts and labor. My Assumption was that you would’ve had most of those parts when I dropped my truck off. Even though I’ve been going to auto city for over 30 years, I will never use crash champions again and I recommend to others as well.

I believe they did try to get all parts and did work to get my truck back to me by august first. One part is not in yet , but the main issue is the stone guard paint texture does not match factory , the safety lane change does not work even though settings are in, and the rear panel where sensor is located is 1/2 off compared to the left side . I also had a diamond oritection applied to the paint and under carriage when I purchased the truck , i do not think they knew this . I will be calling them today to discuss
