The customer service was not good at all. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all. First of all she had a sign that said “I drink and know things” which I thought was unprofessional. But more importantly every time I talked to her she was not helpful at all. I’d ask for a status and she couldn’t give me an eta of any sort on to when my car would be complete. It was scheduled for paint for 2-3 weeks and I would call in for a status. I asked if it would be 1,2,3 or even 4 more weeks and she gave me zero insight and was rude while doing so. One word answers with no help.

Working with Dave and Lisa at Crash Champions Manchester NH was a pleasure. Super smooth process and friendly. I hope I don’t have to use them in the future for body repair, but if I do, I will call them. Highly recommended. Work was done sooner than expected.
