Car left with error had to get dealer to fix. The tech there with the computer to clear messages really had no idea what he was doing. Im a tech myself and pressing random buttons without reading the screens doesnt solve anything. The time it took dealer to fix ‘vehicle may roll’ error loat me the sale of this car. Car was to be delivered to buyer after left this shop for minor paint fix . Paint fix good, error on car caused here was not.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. My car was in the shop for fixing of rear end accident. Team was very friendly, but on pick up my brand new bumper, hat scratches on it and my tire had a nail in it. So my car stayed another week in the shop. I was told in a safe garage. After being contacted to come and pick up the car the next horrible experience happened. I went into the garage to discover my car being covered in white dust and bird feathers. New scratches appeared on the car.That wasn’t there last week.I was offered to get the car cleaned on the spot and contacted on Monday by the manager. The new scratches was not able to be removed and I never recieved the promised phone call. Never again crash champions!!!

An extremely professional body shop. Their staff is exceptional, always providing excellent customer service and knowledge. Anthony was my writer. His knowledge and attention to detail were phenomenal. Carmen, was always serviceable and kind, each and every time I called. Johan Hernandez, the manager (although I only saw him once) was very responsive and promised to have the job done as quickly as possible. I truly will recommend Crash Champions to anyone who wants a well job done. Thank you.
