I would have to give them a 5, because my car is not completely fixed. My trunk still does not open at all and your excuse was you didn't deem that part of the accident. So in other words your saying that I was driving around with groceries in my trunk and the trunk was like that already. Nope

I wish I had been updated more proactively about the timeline of repairs. I had to call repeatedly on the days I was scheduled pickup only to be told it would be moved back. Thankfully I am a teacher so I didn’t have to worry about work, but this impeded my ability to get to an important trip and forced me to make last minute transportation plans. Had I been updated sooner, I could have had more options. I encourage you to be more transparent with customers when issues arise. Other than this one issue, repairs and cleaning were very well done. I appreciate the help I received.

As you know when we picked up our vehicle it was discovered that two items of concern were not done. After returning to the shop we were assured they would be done. In less than a day we were called to say the repair was complete. We are completely satisfied with the repair and would recommend Crash Champions to anyone who asks. Thanks for a job well done.
