The Customer Service was top-tier. They attended to my car needs . They were very professional, courteous. They were very polite of offering water donuts whatever your needs may be while you were waiting. The job was beautiful. My car looks good. I would recommend this 10 out of 10. I was in my first accident ever and the right side of my car including the bumper, was completely smashed. I never used insurance before and had never been to an auto body shop for repairs, so I was really nervous I was going to be ignorant of something really important and not be made whole. My insurance company wanted to total the vehicle but the liable drivers' insurance towed my car to Crest Collision. I am so pleased they did! After 2 weeks in their shop I got my car back and it's like the accident never happened. I am so happy. They communicated with me during the repair process very well, and it was a complete stress-free experience. If I'm ever in the unfortunate position to need auto body work again, or know anyone that does, Crest Collision would be my only choice. Thank you! Crest Collision took charge of my smashed vehicle
