I love the work that was done to my car, as it looks brand new. However, the technician that did my estimate and gave me my car back was rude. To both me and my friend who had the accident, on several occasions. I’m not sure of his name because he didn’t introduce himself when we initially brought my car in. But, he always seemed to be in a rush to help other customers, as if I or my business are less important and didn’t deserve his full attention. To top it off, he left the paper floor mat and plastic seat cover in my car when it was returned. So, I had to go back in the office to throw it away, which furthers my belief that I was not a valued client. Other than that, everyone else was very nice and pleasant.

Well where do I start the team was amazing from time I walk in with my honda, they was very professional also kept me updated about my vehicle. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was professional, kind, and patient, and they made a stressful situation after my collision much easier. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated the communication and honesty. Carl was incredibly helpful, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently as possible. I especially appreciated how they helped expedite both the repair process and getting my rental car set up. They respected my time, kept things moving, and saved me so much time and stress during an already difficult situation. Their customer service truly made a difference.
