Let me be clear, I’m very happy and my issue is more with myself than with the service and repair. I would have liked to talk to the repair tech to confirm what was completed and I should have asked to speak to them. It would have been nice to be contacted after damaged area was removed and informed no additional issues were found especially since there was concern about sensors and the possibility they would need to be recalibrated. I don’t know that they were even checked and I honestly forgot to ask. So that’s on me. I mention it only so that in the future you may put this on your protocol for what to go over with your clients. Again you guys are great and my car looks great. This was more a me issue.

The tire that was damaged was never replaced I will reach back out to the repair shop tomorrow to get the input on what went wrong.

The dome light cover is missing from my car. It needs to be replaced by Subaru. Otherwise, the repairs took a long time, but they did a great job. Part of the holdup was the insurance company though

Everyone was great to work with. I was surprised that they did not vacuum the interior. Every other service I’ve had in the past vacuumed the interior.

I love and appreciate the work, only problem is that once I turn off the car and lock it, the previously damaged headlight stays on while the rest of the lights turn off. It stays on for 5-10 seconds before turning completely off.
