The windshield on my Chrysler Pacifica was cracked by a piece of gravel. I brought it in for replacement. Received good communication from the estimator when the new windshield arrived cracked. They ordered another and it came in quickly. They replaced it and got the sensors calibrated. The car was with you for four days, not bad at all. However, when I picked up the vehicle and drove home, I noticed that there is a new wind noise coming from the windshield that suggests it was not properly installed. I was also frustrated to find greasy handprints and footprints in the work area, dead bugs, plastic trim, and dirt on the dashboard, and adhesive on the glass. I was taught that to do a job properly, you clean up your workspace when you're done. I'm not going to tell you how to run your business, but when I pay top dollar for work done at the dealer, I expect professional work, and that is not what I received in this case, and unfortunately, in prior service visits to Criswell. To be satisfied, at a minimum, I expect you to refit the glass properly so that there is no extraneous wind noise, and I expect the new windshield and the surrounding work space to be clean when you are done. That would be a professional job. Thank you

I appreciate the person I was in contact with l, Jason, and would give him 10! He’s done a remarkable job communicating with me throughout the process. I wasn’t happy with the amount of time it took them to get the work done and was really disappointed that my car got additionally damaged by a worker while the car was in the shop. They took care of the damage, but still, this should not have happened!!!

The cost of the services is too high! Its too expensive for me. The Chevrolet shops were servicing fait all over before covid pandemics,after pandemic only one dealship was left to get my fait car service and that was in Gaithersburg ( 1hr 20mins) from where I live. So I believe this shop is not as affordable as it could be and they are the only one . They could careless about me and my car. Where are the coupons?

The fait customer service was fine very helpful. However this is the only Fait dealership around. I have to use this shop. Bucky was great I would give in a 10 on customer service.

Car was dropped off May 22nd and not reday until June 8th. I understand the problem was a combination of insurance and service but service did not do anything special for me that was accomodating. The work needed was minor and should never have taken that long.
