We have been coming to Criswell for 25 years. We have purchased a new Trailblazer, 2 new Tahoes, a new pickup truck, a used Cavalier (which was run into by a parts truck when it was parked at Criswell Honda waiting for new brakes to be installed. John Bierman called to tell me and I laughed, Apparently he wasn’t expecting that reaction), and 2 new Hondas from Criswell Honda. We have done most of our service on these vehicles with Criswell. We have never been treated with anything but respect and friendliness until I had this accident with your rental. Mr Jones was rude and at times disrespectful. He threatened me with having to pay daily rental fees for the jeep when he wasn’t reaching out to my insurance adjuster, information he had before I left the dealership after I dropped the damaged Jeep off. I have USAA insurance; they record every interaction about a claim. There were times when he complained to me about my adjuster, Pamela Jackson, not returning his calls when he had never called her in the first place.The jeep had some minor front bumper damage before we ever drove it out of the service lane and when I mentioned that I was concerned about being responsible for that damage he responded by saying “you let me worry about that.” Why wouldn’t I be worried about that, it wasn’t anything I caused but instead of being reassuring, he was rude. We had great relationships with John Bierman and Dina Bartolomeo and full trust in them at all times. This experience has shaken my confidence in the Criswell dealership.

The team at the Body Shop is efficient, friendly and is good about keeping in touch while they’re working on your vehicle. They kept my SUV a day or so longer than expected to ensure that everything was ok involving the body work that was done. They made the experience as satisfying as possible. All is now well again with my SUV and it looks like new ( which it is actually). Just another reason for my satisfaction.

Actual work was very good; however, I waited for 3+ weeks with no car even though the body work had nothing to do with its operation. I would prefer to have the car examined and the returned to me while long waiting for parts to arrive.

Kevin F was a GOD SEND. I had tore my baby (vehicle) up and I needed it repaired. Websites said spend $400+ on parts then take it somewhere to pay More for installation 😮‍💨. I called Criswell just going through the list of dealerships and body shops on google. I legit was only there for 30 minutes !! That was thee fastest and most professional and pleasing visit Ive ever experienced at ANY dealership. I’ll be back Mr Kevin 🤞🏾🤞🏾
