Communication with body shop service person is very limited and they answer when they feel like, Very limited response without any explanation or details! I think management should train service advisors to educate clients about their vehicle issues in the context and more accurately communicate with them.

They're good at what they do. But, third parties they ship some work out to (e.g. wheel resurfacing) have issues which I'm frustratingly stuck resolving on my own.
