Repair looks very good. I am very happy with it. It took a long time to get the repair done, with two extensions waiting for parts. The notification about these delays was very slow. I called about an hour before closing on the scheduled pickup date and was informed of the day and the need to extend that rental car. Once I was told I would get a call back before they closed, which was an hour away, and no one called.

My only complaint is that they didn't call to update me on the day my car was supposed to be ready. I called them and found out it wasn't ready. My only concern with this is that I live alone and needed to arrange transportation that day.
