My only complaint is that they didn't call to update me on the day my car was supposed to be ready. I called them and found out it wasn't ready. My only concern with this is that I live alone and needed to arrange transportation that day.

Kitty was great to work with, very knowledgeable and made the process easy! Another office lady I spoke with was less kind, and when we got disconnected and I called again it was like the first time ive ever talked to her.
