my first time when i went to cristeli i felt as a regular costumer but not anymore,the manage use to go show me what was done ,but not anymore ,I noticed that when they are more confident with the client, they don't pay as much attention to smaller clients; the treatment changes.the other razon im not happy is because they charge a lot of money to fix an there was no big damage in side the bumper,the impact was not strong enoght,a lot of parts was change in side as the recipt sayed but they did not change the black part on the front if you look from the grond up first part.

All my contacts with Critelli's shop personnel, whether by phone or in person were great. I'm referring to the front desk associate, who was efficient and polite, as well as the person who inspected my car and explained what would be done to repair the damage.
