Communication was horrible. My car was ready past the due date which is fine but I was never notified. I called the day it was projected to be done and I was told it would be completed that day. Never heard anything again. Called 3 days later was told it would be ready that afternoon. Poor customer service.

Customer service was excellent. From walking me thru the claim process and the return of the vehicle. Great job and detail to the car. Hands down best service also office people kept me in the loop about my car. I appreciate everything they did.
