The whole process with Critelli's was difficult from the onset. There needs to be changes made to keep people apprised of the status of their repair and people need to be notified earlier regarding the pick-up of their vehicle.

Despite setting up an appointment almost two weeks in advance, when I arrived to drop off my car I was told that the shop was not expecting me. As my repair began I was not kept up to date with the status of the repair. Furthermore, I was called at 4:05 p.m. and told that my car would be ready by 5:00 p.m. Since I was in a rental car I had to make arrangements to leave work 2 hours early to retrieve my vehicle that day to avoid being charged.

Repair took much longer than estimated. Repeatedly missed promises deadlines. When I drove out myself to look at the car, it was apparent than the work had not even started when they were telling me that it was nearly finished. Avoid this repair shop. I am sure there are much better choices.
