The truck almost looks brand new. Not only did they fix the bumper to like new condition, they waxed and detailed the whole truck. I am very happy. Shout out to Greg for making it happen! He also encouraged me to make an insurance claim, and since Cronin Collision is trusted by my carrier, Erie, they made it so easy!

Did they do a good job in the overall picture? Yes. I don't understand why my insurance cannot find someone within my own county so I don't have to go so far to have insurance approved repairs.

I don't know what the problems are but when people go on vacation due to the holiday, and someone else takes over, there is a lapse in information. The person who took over called me and told me one thing, which matched the email communication I received from the insurance company but then I received another call which said another story involving another week and that did not match up with the insurance company.
