We drove all the way back to Lake Charles and the drivers window went down and would not go back up. After having our car for Almost 4 months. And because of that time frame we had to buy a battery

Office Staff & Personnel are all real nice people. Only issue I have is that the shop is locate dabout 90 minutes from my home. The 1st time I go to pick up my car once am told it was ready, there was a light on in regards to the passenger seat belt. I had to leave my car there over the weekend, get another rental vehicle and make that 90 mile trek the following week. On my 2nd visit, the horn was not working. Luckily, they were able to fix the fuse for the horn that moment so I did not have to make a 3rd trip. Other than that, all was fine.

I always use Crosby Paint and Body because they do excellent work. My car looks like new and they repaired it so quick. They also handled all of my Enterprise needs. They make it as easy as possible.
