Overall, I’m very pleased with the repair. My truck had significant damage, and First Collision did a quality job bringing it back. The paint looks very good, the truck drives straighter than it did before, and everything functions properly. There were a couple of minor issues when I picked it up. The plastic trim around the seat controls had been broken. The manager took care of it immediately by repairing it with epoxy and told me if it doesn’t hold, they’ll replace the entire trim piece. So far, the repair has held up well. I also notice a very slight rattle from the rear every once in a while, and the tailgate alignment is just a tiny bit off—about a sixteenth of an inch—but it opens, closes, and latches properly, so it’s really not noticeable unless you’re looking for it. The metallic in the new paint appears just a little more noticeable than the original paint, but that may simply be because the paint is new and fresh. Overall, I appreciate the quality of the work and the willingness of the staff to address the concerns I had. I would definitely recommend First Collision to others.
