We've used Bates several times through the years and knew we could count on them to do a great job. Alexis kept us updated with texts and calls, and estimator Natalie very kindly answered a few questions about what had to be done. Bates is lucky to have both these ladies. As always, we are completely satisfied with the repair.

Sonia and Alexis were very informative and super nice. Only hiccup were some parts that were ordered were wrong on a holiday weekend so it got delayed a few days. Wasn't a big deal for me at the end of the day so all good so far. Thanks
