We hardly ever give anything higher than a 9 , because realistically nothing is ever perfect. Woody our contact person kept informed with any delays in part orders or specialty person for ceramic coating. He also kept the insurance company updated to keep us in the rental

I had a really good experience with Caliber Collision in Baytown, especially with Uriel “Woody.” He dealt with the insurance company for me, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled the way it should be. My car came out looking the same as before the accident, if not even better, and the work was done in a timely manner. He made the whole process a lot less stressful and was really helpful throughout everything. I’m very happy with the work the shop did and I’d definitely recommend this location, and especially recommend asking for Uriel if you need help with a repair.
