Both front rims were not repaired and no alignment was completed. I was called to come pick up the car and when I picked up the car Omar was at lunch so I could not ask him why all the repairs were not completed and the employee who gave me the car could not get a hold of Omar and said Omar would call me back after he returned from lunch. That was yesterday and I still have not received a phone call to answer my question of why all the repairs were not made.

This location of Caliber Collision Centers is equipped with outstanding staff, from the the first time I stepped into the lobby it felt like I knew everyone (Manager, Receptionist and technicians) for a long time.
