Staff was friendly and helpful. They worked with my insurance company, so all I had to do was drop car off. They worked with the rental company and called them for me when I got there. The work was great, they went over what was done, and everything else.

I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work recently performed on my car at Crown Collision Auto Center. Rosaline, in the front office, was very friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the repair process. Miguel, the technician, was also very friendly and when my car was done and ready to be picked up, he walked me out to my car to explain all the work that was performed on my car. I received updates through the whole process, and the work.was completed ahead of the original estimated date given. I will definitly use Crown again and will recommend them to my friends and family.
