Crown first saw the car on Oct. 25 after USAA insurance paperwork completed. The car was ready to be picked up on Dec. 20. Seems like a long time for a small bumper fix.

The company was sold the day after I dropped my car off and many of the staff left. The phone was being picked-up by an answering service that was not relaying the messages left to the Crown office staff. It was very frustrating. I had to send someone to the shop to get the message to the office personnel. Once they realized they were not receiving messages from the answering service, everything was rectified. Melissa was great and contacted me several times with an update. All is good. I would go back there again if I had to.........but hopefully won't ever have to go there again.

Customer service is outstanding! Repairs done in a timely manner. Really appreciated phone calls from Melissa keeping me updated on the progress. Text messages are fine but personal communication is better! Friendliness and a sense of humor go a long way.
