I can’t thank Crown enough. The front desk staff were very professional and kept me in the loop on everything. They helped me with my rental vehicle too. When I spoke to the technician, he was friendly and explained everything to me. Crown would text me updates on timing so I knew when my vehicle would be ready. My car looks fabulous! Like new and they even detailed it. I was beyond thrilled when I picked it up and it looked so good. Thank you. I will definitely recommend them to others. As an aside, my company handles claims for the town and school departments in the state. I told our auto adjuster how happy I was too. Never hurts to share good information.
