Larry several times yelled at me because I was insistent on what the insurance company told me regarding deductible and estimate process. I told him and State Farm told him several times the deductible was 250$ but he didn’t believe anyone and kept trying to charge me 1000$ deductible when it was only 250$. He never apologized

I had several questions. He gave me attitude for trying to understand the process and then when insurance was saying one thing and Larry was saying something else. He yelled at me several times.

The truck had multiple white handprints inside on the dash and inner door panel. It also had wax buildup on the outside and I brought it in clean and it was covered in spots and buffed water.
