Larry went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. He determined our vehicle was unsafe to drive and immediately got us set up with a rental vehicle which we got privately shuttled to. Within a week we had our vehicle back and conveniently allowed us to leave the rental at his shop. He kept us informed every step of the way and provided five star customer service. Great service and a fantastic shop with excellent mechanics. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs collision repair. Thank you Larry and thank you Crown Collision.

The only thing I would have liked to have been different, was to have had the trunk net returned back in place after they took it out to work on the rear corner of the vehicle. It was left in the front passenger seat.

From what I can tell, everything is A-OK. The repair was done in fine time, and I was able to be picked up at the facility by the rent car people, and, thanks to CROWN COLLISION, return it there, too.

Everything was pretty good right until it was time pick up my vehicle, more of a communication issue between the Select Service shops and Stste Farm, but the delay I experienced was a small moment in time.

The splash guard on the undercarriage of the vehicle was not attached. On my way home from the shop, it flew off the moment I got onto the interstate. Had to pull over and retrieve it from the middle of the road.
