Headlight bracket loose on drivers side, retaining bracket was put on incorrectly and jammed into place. Unhooked it and reinstalled it myself to correct.

Body shop did provide rental which was very much appreciated. But communication wasn’t professional. Could never get a straight forward answer.

Was given many dates that it would be done, I was told I was going to be kept up to date on things. That didn’t happen had to call each time. Shop didn’t order some parts because they missed it in a pre inspection. Those parts were ordered 6 weeks after the truck was dropped off
