Front desk Rep is rather rude and indifferent, excessive turn around time relative to repair, misquoted a $1000 deductible when it was noted that there was no deductible, truck not fully assembled when delivered, impositioned by having to make an unnecessary trip back to the shop to have the assembly completed and interact with the arrogant receptionist and be told by the shop manager that it was the new guys fault instead of taking accountability on behalf of the shop as a whole.

The staff was friendly. They kept us updated on the progress of our car. We never had to call and ask. When they were finished repairing my car and I came to pick it up, it looked amazing! They even cleaned it up for me on the inside and out! It looked like a new car again. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs. Their team was amazing!
