The parts required for my repair came in overnight including the new bumper, sensors and trailer hitch and tow bar. I had expected a week or two on them receiving the parts. They contacted me right away and took the vehicle in for repair. They contacted me after 1 1/2 days saying the vehicle was done and ready for pickup. When I picked my vehicle up it was washed and looking brand new. They took the time to review the work done right at the vehicle with me and answered any questions I had. They even reviewed they warranty on the work with me. I am amazed how quickly they got the new parts (overnight) and how quickly they completed the repair work. My vehicle looks brand new and I definitely would recommend Cumberland Mountain to others. I even contacted my insurance company and let them know about the great job by this provider.

There was a mix up over a scheduled appointment Labor Day Monday but appointment was made 2 weeks earlier and it was an honest mistake. They handled getting us a Rental car while work was done on truck and we are very happy with experience as a whole. Would highly recommend !
