I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to due to the great experience I had with Cumberland. First off amazing customer service from start to finish. Hassle free service from the estimate to communication with my insurance company to line up service. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle via text keeping me in the loop which I greatly appreciated. Finally upon completion I couldn’t be more happy with my vehicle. Restored to new while also having an attention to detail well above the body work alone. I highly recommend Cumberland to anybody looking for collision repair.
