Manny was prodessional and prompt. He followed up right away to be able to get me in quickly to move the process of my car repair forward quickly, let me know exactly what to expect as far as what the repair was going to be and how long it would most likely take, and stayed in communication with me though the process. Though him, I felt very confident and comfortable in Custom Auto Craft!

The replacement bumper used doesn’t sit flush with the grill so there is a 2.5 inch gap in the front of the vehicle. There are also fog lights in the replacement bumper that aren’t wired in to a switch or anything which would have been nice. There is also a spot where the rear bumper isn’t attached to the corner piece, so there is a big gap there too. And my soft top rattles now. It’s fine, but clearly people didn’t take particular care of my vehicle.
