The employees at custom auto craft were so nice and accommodating. They really went above and beyond when repairing my vehicle. My car was done in less than the estimated time expected and they even cleaned and washed my car which I was not expecting. I really appreciate all that they did! Made dealing with car troubles a lot easier. I will be recommending them to every person I come across.

The paint is poorly blended with a visible seam. The car was presented to me in a way that concealed the repair quality by keeping the work area out of the sun. I was only able to properly inspect the vehicle at a later time. The attempt to hide quality of repair has reduced my rating significantly.

I resented how the business tried to apply ppf on my car immediately after painting when it is industry standard knowledge that you should wait 30 days to do so. I also felt pressured to go ahead with ppf installation with claims that it will cost twice as much money if I choose to bring my car back at a later date and parts have to be removed again.
